During the past COVID-19 situation, people have been thinking about the moments of their happiness until it became an apprising happy moments trend. Especially during the 90s, there were plenty of joyful memories and impressions regardless of clothing or unique and reminiscent music.
Shaka Spring Summer 2022 collection will take the ladies back to the happy time where the clothing epitomizes the 90s vibes. The selection of the Fashion Grunge style, mixed with sewing techniques such as the Crazy Pattern, uses the contrasting colours to show the joyful moments of that era.
In addition, the selection of checked pattern fabric, including the combination of auspicious Thai flowers with various kinds of artistic elements, For example, the crown flower represents pure love, which becomes the inspiration of the Love Game design to welcome Valentine’s Day. The Ixora flower represents intelligence, insinuating simplicity and possession reflecting its own beauty. The marigold flower represents stability and prosperity. Lastly, the globe amaranth flower represents sustainability and everlasting beauty.
Shaka has worked with a young generation of graphic designers, Mr. Suchet, who creates unique fabric patterns from the shapes of these flowers by using the airbrush technique as graphic design. His sci-fi (Surreal) drawing style offers the Shaka fabric motif a unique style with the 90s vibe and popular items such as the Suite-set Oversize, Crop Top, Flared Trousers, and Slip Dress, allowing the Shaka ladies to enjoy the Mix & Match clothing. Last but not least, the floral fabric pattern is not only chic but fashionable, which matches perfectly with the garment designs.
